Financial Analyst, Eastern, TN (Multiple openings)

A multibillion-dollar company with a global presence is looking for a Financial Analyst to conduct in-depth financial analysis for growth strategies, pricing, and optimization. • Participate in monthly financial forecasting process.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against targets, preparing regular reports.
• Develop financial models to support business decisions.
• Assist in preparation of budgets and forecasts. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data. 
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of financial analysis experience.
• Experience with data modeling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis tools, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Project leadership skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Critical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems.
